I run a small sole proprietorship. My VAT number is VAT BE 0751.645.179. You can always reach me by filling in the contact form at the bottom of this page. Comments will not be publicly published.

I prefer to deliver my workpieces within Belgium, but delivery within Europe and Worldwide are also available. Your package will normally be shipped within 5 working days after receipt of your payment. Within Belgium it should arrive at your doorstep within 15 working days. Within Europe the delivery time can be up to 20 working days and worldwide it can take up to 60 working days. However, these are extremes. Normally you will receive your order much faster. The shippingcosts greatly depend on your country and the shipping method. Before paying you will normally be shown how much you will have to pay. Note: also take a look at our Facebook page (Merel & Ma) whether there are currently coupon codes for discount on shipping costs!

Since my webshop is only a 'small company' (a special kind of business described by Belgian law), I enjoy an exemption from charging 21% VAT. Of course I pay tax on my profit, but this is included in the price. The price you see on our website (except for mistakes and coupon codes) is therefore also the price you will pay.

Payment is preferably done via a regular bank transfer. You can also pay cash when you pick up your order on site. We also offer payment with crypto coins: Bitcoin, Bitcoin via the Lightning Network and Litecoin. We also accept other cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum, please contact us for more information. We also accept Paypal or CreditCards via Paypal. When using Paypal, tracked shipping methods are mandatory (we never ship by letter mail with Paypal payment, nor can you pick up your order on the spot). Last but not least: Bankcontact or direct bank payments are also available for some banks.

As soon as you press the purchase button, you are also obliged to pay.

We offer the minimum legal warranty. If the product has been used, worn and washed correctly, and problems arise that are not due to normal wear and tear from frequent use, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will then see how we can solve the problem for you.

After purchase, you have 14 days to change your mind without giving a reason. Please note: some products we sell cannot be taken back for hygienic reasons. This concerns (among other things) mouth masks. We can never sell a mouth mask of which the packaging in which it was sent was opened, as we cannot guarantee that another (potentially ill) person has worn it. If you were to purchase a product, but the packaging is still unopened, we will take it back. You only pay the shipping costs to return the product to us.
